New Australian DO Insurance and Indemnities Decision

The New South Wales Court of Appeal last week overturned an earlier decision of the NSW Supreme Court that NRMA’s D&O indemnity policy covered the legal costs of an officer of NRMA, Nick Whitlam, commencing defamation proceedings.
